Archived: In the Press! Glamour is BIG and Clever...

On Christmas Eve 2008, I was interviewed by Susan Lee of the Liverpool Echo on the predicted trends for 2009.  It's interesting to see how I noted 'big, glamorous hair' as being key.  Hair is still very much high on glamour for 2012, with femininity being the desired look.

“CHRISTMAS is here and I think a lot of people are really going to go for it this year. We’re finding clients are fed up with all the doom and gloom and really want to celebrate the season in style.

“Strictly has been a hot topic; the general feeling is that Tom Chambers deserved to win on the night.

“Lots of people are looking forward to 2009 and trying a new look. The year is almost over so everyone is keen to discover the newest trends for the new year.

“In hair that will mean lots of plum and aubergine colours. Big, glamorous hair is also key. Women want to look and feel like women again.”
